We had Master Service install a water softener system and a 5 stage RO filter several years ago, and I had been intending to have both serviced. A leak from the kitchen pull-out faucet hastened things up. I called late in the afternoon on a Federal holiday and they were able to schedule me the next day at noon. The young man, Phil, contacted me 15 minutes in advance, as promised, and arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed the leak issue and had it fixed in a couple of minutes. He then tested both the house water and the filtered water for contaminate levels. He replaced the RO filters (after sanitizing the cannisters and cleaning the O-rings) and purged the tank, then ran the softener system through it's cycles (noticing and fixing a minor leak), and then re-tested both water sources. All the while, he professionally explained tips to keep both systems in top operating condition, and was patient and informative in his responses to my questions. A really nice guy who really knows what the hell he's doing. Thanks again, Phil and everyone at Master Service.”

I was in need to get my shower repaired. Contacted a couple of other plumbers and they were booked out for 2 weeks. That would of been a lot of water I was wasting. I contacted Master Service Plumbing and was able to have Armando come within two day. They called me the night before to make sure I still needed there help. Armando called me within 15 mins. before our appointment. He was on time. I can not stand when a company says they will be there and show up 2 hours later. This was not the case. The job was done within a hour. The cost was exactly what they quoted me. My shower works great. Master Service, thank you for caring and doing a great job. Sue”

I have to give you folks a huge thank you for helping us out today. We woke up to a leak around our water heater. I was in a bit of a panic since our house is being sold. We are in escrow and the Inspection was being done today. The wonderful young woman in your office was so sweet and kind and she got us help today. The plumber came (Clint). He saw the problem and fixed the problem immediately. The Inspector was here and was well please with the work. I am honestly so grateful for the incredible kindness and help you all extended to us today. Everyone we dealt with was exceptional and so was your overall service!”
